Will I be charged for unregistered data right away?
No, you’ll receive a quote first based on your district, and can choose whether to move forward.
What is the difference between RunningMate and RunningMate Plus?
RunningMate is access to registered voter data with built-in canvassing tools. RunningMate Plus builds on that by giving you the option to add unregistered data targets.
But remember: You can’t activate RunningMate Plus without first having a RunningMate account. One builds on the other!
What’s the difference between Source and Civitech PIR?
Source is your official registered voter file—these are voters already registered in your district. Civitech PIR identifies potential voters who are not yet registered, using public records matched to your voter file to help you expand your reach.
If I was using the Simulator, how do I upgrade to RunningMate or RunningMate Plus?
I don’t have a RunningMate account yet—can I still request an unregistered data quote?
Yes, you can request an unregistered data quote without an account. Just indicate in the form you don’t have an active RM account. However, an active RunningMate account is required to actually add the data once you’re ready to proceed.
How long does it typically take to receive my unregistered data quote?
Can I purchase both PIR data and TargetSmart Movers data at the same time?
Yes! RunningMate Plus allows you to layer both data sets.
I have Source as my voter file but want TargetSmart mover data. Can I do that?
Yes! You can purchase TargetSmart Movers and/or Civitech PIR unregistered data regardless of your voter file source.
